WHOLESALE APPROVAL
Any business that wishes to place a wholesale order with Valley + Vetiver must first be approved for a stockist company account. In order to gain approval, information is required from you including your full name, business name, state tax ID/EIN, resale certificate, retail address and URL, and all other relevant contact information. Upon application approval, a company account will be created for you utilizing the information you provided on the form. Wholesale account holders are only approved for the specific retail or online business that was listed on their original application. If you wish to sell from a second or new business, you must fill out a new application. Company accounts will only be able to purchase from the Wholesale Catalog. To purchase Valley + Vetiver retail products, you will need to log out of the company account and log in with a personal email account.

RESALE TERMS
Resale is only permitted by the independent business associated with the stockist company account. Resale may occur in-person in a physical independent store or online on the associated business website. Resale is NOT permitted on third-party selling platforms such as but not limited to Amazon, Etsy, Poshmark, Mercari, Facebook Marketplace, etc.

ORDER MINIMUM & PRICING
All orders are subject to a minimum opening order and reorders of $100 USD (before shipping costs). Majority of items are priced at 50% off MSRP, unless otherwise stated.

MINIMUM QUANTITY
All items are sold in cases of 3+ quantity per item unless otherwise stated.

PAYMENT TERMS
Orders will be sent for review once placed. When the order is confirmed, payments will be processed utilizing the selected payment method of your choice. Most major credit cards accepted (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express). Once a purchase order is confirmed, all sales are final.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Products are made-to-order. Orders are typically processed within 2-4 weeks, although delays may occur depending on my current order volume. I will typically send a follow-up email if your order is delayed, although rare. Please see each individual product page for ship date.

PACKAGE INSURANCE
All orders will be subject to Route Package Protection at $1.15+ depending on weight, as well as signature delivery at the expense of the buyer. Route Package Protection is insurance that covers loss, theft, and damage during transit.

BRANDED PACKAGING
All items should be displayed and sold in their original packaging by stockists. Removal of Valley + Vetiver branded packaging will result in future order cancellations. Items will be packaged in a sustainable and thoughtful manner - no plastic used here. Please reuse and recycle shipping materials :)

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. Valley + Vetiver does not offer cancellations, returns or exchanges on wholesale orders once a purchase order is received and confirmed.

COPYRIGHT & PHOTO USE
Retailers are NOT permitted to use my product photography for their own websites or social media channels without written consent from me. If you would like to use my photographs, please email me at contact@valleyvetiver.com so I may help you. If I approve your request, high resolution photographs will be watermarked and sent to you. You must tag me on all socials as instructed in my follow-up email. Failure to obtain written consent and/or failure to provide attribution will result in cancellation of future orders and DMCA copyright filing for takedown. All images and product content within are the sole property of Valley + Vetiver protected by copyright and intellectual property law, and may not be copied or reproduced in any form.

CHANGES TO WHOLESALE
Valley + Vetiver reserves the right to make alterations to wholesale products, prices, shipping methods, terms, policies or any other part of the wholesale process at any time. Stockists will be made aware of any changes that may be applicable to them.
