Can I switch out findings?

I am happy to switch findings based on your needs! Please visit the Upgrades & Swaps page to see what options are available.

Do you ship internationally?

I ship to many countries outside of the United States, however it is helpful to look at your country's list of shipping/import prohibitions prior to messaging me or buying. A lot of countries do not allow the import of jewelry, unfortunately.

No UK or Northern Ireland shipping at the moment due to new VAT regulations.

I will ship to EU countries, but customers are responsible for paying all customs and VAT fees.

How do updates & drops work?

I release collections or add to already existing collections at least once a month. I will typically post a week in advance about the date and time of the update.

Updates are first-come, first-serve on my website. To have the best chance of getting what you want, do the following:

♡ Set an alarm

♡ Make an account on the site or Shop Pay beforehand

♡ Pay with Apple Pay or Shop Pay. I do not accept PayPal - sorry!

What are shipping times like?

Processing Time:
Processing refers to the time needed to produce and package an item before its ship date. Ready-made products are usually processed within 1-5 days. Made-to-order products are processed within 1-4 weeks (most clay items). The time needed to prepare an order for shipping may vary based on the product(s). Please check each individual product page for the estimated processing time before the ship date. 

♡ Shipping Time:
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout dependent on the customer’s provided shipping location and the chosen carrier rates, as well as the weight of the product(s) being purchased.
Orders are shipped by the date stated on each individual product page. This timeframe does not reflect transit time, only the date by which the order is dropped off to the carrier by Valley + Vetiver.

Most domestic U.S. orders arrive within an estimated 3-10 business days after ship date, although transit delays may occur. Most international orders outside of the U.S. arrive within an estimated two weeks to two months after ship date, although transit delays may occur due to customs clearance.

Transit time varies based on location, holidays, and carrier delays. Please read the Shipping Policy for more info.

Valley + Vetiver is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please read about Route Package Protection insurance on the next question!

What is Route Package Protection?

Route Package Protection is a third-party insurance company. At checkout, you have the option to buy package insurance (starting at $1.15 USD) for your order. Package insurance will automatically be added to your order unless you uncheck the 'Shipping Protection' box above the checkout button. Route will protect you by offering a replacement or refund after a claim is submitted in the event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged.

Transit and delivery issues with the carrier are unforeseen. All of my customers who have had issues with their package delivery that purchased Route Package Protection were able to receive either a replacement or were reimbursed at 100% of payment. I highly recommend Route for every single purchase, just in case!

Valley + Vetiver is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once accepted by the carrier as shown via the tracking number. See Shipping Policy for more information on filing a claim.

Do you offer customs & commissions?

I do not offer to make custom designs unless a product listing already offers it. What you see on my website is what I will make, plus whatever designs I personally decide to create in the future. Thank you for your interest, though!

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final! Due to hygiene and the one-of-a-kind products I sell, I do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations of any kind.

I do not offer refunds or replacements for lost, stolen, or damaged items unless Route Package Protection was purchased and a claim was approved through Route. See Shipping Policy for more information on filing a claim.

Is Valley + Vetiver a sustainable business?

Although I do work primarily with clay - which is a plastic - I believe in running a sustainable business as best I can! Here's a few things I think about:

♡ Reusable and/or recyclable packaging. Everything is made of paper or reusable fabric. I encourage all of my customers to reuse and recycle their packaging!

♡ Reusing clay scraps. Once clay is mixed, fun new colors can be made to make new creations!

♡ Donating or selling materials that I can no longer use. Tools & office supplies, mostly.
