Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Shipping address cannot be changed after purchase is complete. Valley + Vetiver is not responsible for items shipped/delivered to an incorrect address which was provided by the buyer.
Once the item is scanned into transit with the shipping carrier, Valley + Vetiver is no longer responsible for the package(s). Damaged, missing, or stolen packages marked after they are scanned into transit are the responsibility of the carrier and the buyer. Please contact the shipping carrier for more information.
Route Package Protection
Valley + Vetiver offers the purchase of package insurance through Route at checkout. To buy insurance, simply turn the toggle to the 'On' switch. Route Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items that fit the criteria found on their policies page for little as $0.98. Lost, stolen, or damaged packages without the purchase of Route Package Protection will not be covered by Valley + Vetiver and is the sole responsibility of the buyer. For those that purchase Package Protection, refunds and replacements will be handled through Route if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged. The buyer will need to file a claim with Route. Valley + Vetiver is not involved in the claims or refund process, although I am happy to direct you to the right place.
